Rogers High volleyball coach Jeana Breedlove confirmed Wednesday she was reassigned by school administration.
Breedlove said it occurred Tuesday and she was reassigned to be the eighth-grade volleyball coach at Oakdale Middle School. She served as the Lady Mounties coach for 15 seasons, guiding them to the state finals in 2006 and 2009 and finishing as state runner-up both times.
The Lady Mounties reached the state tournament in 10 of her 15 seasons, including a semifinals appearance in 2006.
Mark Holderbaum, Rogers Public Schools athletic director, said Breedlove's position will be posted today as open on the school's human resource website.
