Deena Coston has joined the staff of the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences at the University of Arkansas as finance officer. Coston, who is a certified public accountant, earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 1977.

Donald Judges has been appointed as interim vice provost for distance education and head of the Global Campus at the University of Arkansas, effective July 1. He has served as interim associate vice provost for distance education and second-in-command of the Global Campus since May 1, 2015.

Charlie Bolognino has earned the Certified Financial Planner designation by meeting rigorous standards in education, experience, examination and ethics. He is the owner of Side-by-Side Financial Planning LLC based in Bentonville, a fee-only, hourlybased firm that is part of the Garrett Planning Network.

Michelle Smith has joined BancorpSouth bank as assistant vice president and Riley Farm branch manager in Fort Smith. Smith brings 26 years of banking experience to her position. She has completed several levels of bank training courses during her career.

Deanna Wright has been promoted to assistant vice president for Arvest Bank in Fayetteville. She has worked for Arvest Wealth Management since 2007. She was promoted to client adviser in investments in September 2013. Wright earned her associate degree in business administration from Arkansas State University and a bachelor of science in business administration from Warren National University. She holds insurance and securities licenses in Arkansas.
