CLASS: Sophomore

NOTABLE: Averaged 7.8 points and 7.0 rebounds and shot 65 percent on field goal attempts. … In 7A-West Conference games, averaged team-high 11.5 points and team-best 10.3 rebounds after fully recovering from knee injury which slowed her in first half of the season. … Recorded five double-doubles, including a 30-point, 19-rebound effort at Fort Smith Southside on Feb. 9. … Named all-conference. … Was All-NWADG Track and Field Newcomer of the Year as a freshman last spring.

SHE SAID IT: “I think I surprised a lot of people. There wasn’t a lot of people expecting a sophomore to step up and play and not a lot of people knew my name. And then I kind of made a difference this year by being a good competitor. But now everyone’s going to know who I am and I’ve just got to keep working on my game. I look forward to that, though. I look forward to that pressure and I’ll be ready to give it my all and take it to them.”
