Pulaski County Circuit Judge Chris Piazza has issued three partial summary judgments in the past week against former photo archivist John Rogers of North Little Rock related to a 2014 lawsuit by First Arkansas Bank & Trust Co. of Jacksonville against Rogers' former business, Sports Card Plus Inc.

The orders establish First Arkansas as having priority interest in different collateral -- the first order in certain photographic collections, the second in several newspapers' archives and the third in photo archives of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Rogers did not object to the orders.

Piazza issued a default judgment against Sports Card Plus last April for more than $15.2 million Rogers borrowed from the bank. With interest, the total Rogers owes now is more than $16.4 million.
