Andrew Clyde, president and chief executive officer of Murphy USA Inc., earned about $5.56 million in 2015, according to the El Dorado-based company's annual proxy statement.
Clyde had a salary of $898,245, more than $3 million in stock and option awards, about $1.3 million in incentives, and more than $313,036 in other compensation.
Other Murphy USA executives and their incomes in 2015 were: Mindy West, executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, more than $6.4 million; John Moore, senior vice president and general counsel, about $2.2 million; Marn Cheng, senior vice president of retail operations and support, about $1.1 million; and Joseph Henderson III, vice president of fuels, $736,555.
Murphy USA will hold its annual shareholder meeting at 1 p.m. May 5 at the South Arkansas Arts Center in El Dorado.
