• Angela White, 36, of 390 Carroll County Road 214 in Eureka Springs was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. White was being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $77,500.
• Jason Emery, 38, of 410 S. Main St. in Berryville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Emery was being held at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Chelsie Elizabeth Munoz, 28, of 10 Tenbury Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of failure to appear. Munoz was being held Friday at the Benton Count Jail on a partial bond of $22,000.

• Susan Ellen Pollock, 41, of 212 W. Kimberly Lane in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pollock was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Timothy Napier, 52, of 10468 Horan Road was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and violating parole. Napier was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $3,060 and a hold from another department.
• Seth Hice, 20, of 366 Madison County Road 1321 in Huntsville was arrested Thursday in connection with second-degree sexual assault. Hice was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• Arturo Delatorre, 25, of 2104 S. F St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Delatorre was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Raylene Bearden, 50, of 2389 N. Birch Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested in connection with theft of property. Bearden was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,640 bond and a hold from another department.

• Jose Raul Quiroz, 26, of 403 W. Laurel St. was arrested Thursday in connection with robbery. Quiroz was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $240.

• Robert Junior Pecina, 18, of 100 Raedels Ave. was arrested in connection with theft of property. Pecina was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $5,000.
• Dylan Harp, 24, of 1424 Madison County Road 4685 in Pettigrew was arrested Thursday in connection with forgery. Harp was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,500.

• Kelly Sisco, 34, of 14938 Greasy Valley Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
