• Reannon Renea McKenzie, 36, of 411 Third Ave. S.E. in Gravette was arrested Wednesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. McKenzie was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Tanisha Laenay Quallate, 26, of 13719 Dennis Mitchell Road in Garfield was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Quallate was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• William Dwayne Kelley, 19, of 307 N.E. C St. was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Kelley was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Steven James Mullins, 32, 7 Netherton Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Wednesday in connection with two counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Mullins was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Jessica Parker-Curry, 28, of 2932 N. Sunny Lane was arrested Thursday in connection with financial identity theft. Parker-Curry was at the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $50,565.
• Larry Blakemore, 58, of Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree criminal mischief. Blakemore was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.
• Seth Cobb, 22, of Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Cobb was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,500 bond.
Greenland
• Timothy Wilson, 31, of 100 N. Brewer Court in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with rape and first-degree sexual assault. A 14-year-old girl told police she had a sexual relationship with Wilson since November, according to a Greenland Police Department report. Wilson was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $25,000 bond.

• Julita Jabuwe, 35, of 580 Randall Wobbe Lane in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with defrauding a prospective adoptive parent. Jabuwe was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Jason Pape, 35, of 601 W. Easy St. was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and first-degree terroristic threatening. Pape was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Joshua Chad Wood, 31, of 106 Neil St. in Farmington was arrested Wednesday in connection with two counts of second- degree forgery and two counts of obtaining a controlled substance through fraud. Wood was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Robert Junior Pecina, 18, of 100 Raedels was arrested Thursday in connection with theft by receiving. Pecina was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Curtis Walker, 56, of 30 Applegate Drive was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Walker was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,500 bond.
• Christina Anderson, 38, of 1299 Electric Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine. Anderson was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond.
