FAYETTEVILLE -- A Lincoln man was sentenced to federal prison Thursday for distributing methamphetamine.

Stacy Len Lisenbery, 47, was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release and ordered to pay a $15,000 fine on one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

U.S. District Judge Tim Brooks presided over the sentencing hearing.

According to court records Lisenbery was arrested in April 2014 on a warrant and found to be in possession of three baggies of methamphetamine along with $1,500 in cash.

After being released on bond, he was arrested in February 2015 when he attempted to take possession of a package containing 2 pounds of methamphetamine shipped to him from California.

Lisenbery was indicted by a federal grand jury in February 2015 and he pleaded guilty to the charge in April 2015.
