Nuptial vows were exchanged by Bailey Elise Frazier and Zachary Glen Whaley at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, July 9, at Anthony Chapel at Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs. The Rev. Robert Hyatt officiated.

Kate and Robert Frazier, 24 Pine Manor Drive, are the parents of the bride. Her grandparents are Joan and Wallace Erwin, also of Little Rock.

Parents of the bridegroom are Dagmar Laura Whaley of Dallas and Kristi and Greg Whaley of Plano, Texas. His grandparents are Beatrice Gromelski of New Orleans, Shirley Jane Whaley of Garland, Texas, and Stanley Gromelski of Virginia.

The chapel was decorated with arrangements of peach and cream flowers, dusty miller and eucalyptus. Ceremony music was by pianist Marynell Branch and violinist Oksana Pavilionis.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents. She wore a sleeveless ballgown with a lace V-neck bodice. She carried a bouquet of white roses, hydrangeas and gardenias.

The bride's honor attendants were her sisters, Sarah Kathryn Frazier of Dallas and Madelyn Leigh Frazier of Little Rock. Bridesmaids were Lauren Ahlers and Stephanie Marhefka, both of St. Louis; Paige Kellam of West Palm Beach, Fla.; Chloe Whaley of Dallas, sister of the bridegroom; Caitlyn Bryan of Austin, Texas; and Dr. Amy Hilliard of Little Rock. They wore sea-glass-colored tulle gowns in various styles and carried pink and peach garden roses and hydrangeas.

Barrett McGill of Plano was best man. Groomsmen were Matt Hughes of Plano; Pat LaGrappe and Jason Turner, both of Dallas; Dr. Chris Dingess, Daniel Wolf and Daniel Crable, all of Houston; and Shawn Jackson of Bentonville. Guests were seated by Robert Cress of Little Rock; Joe Forehand of Nashville, Tenn.; Dr. Calvin Vaughan of Gainesville, Fla; Evan Bettis of Austin; and Zach Plunkett and Steve Green, both of Fayetteville.

A reception at Hot Springs Country Club followed the ceremony. The entry to the club was decorated with a whimsical tree created from dragon wood branches with cascades of wedding flowers. Suspended over the dance floor was a hanging arrangement of lush foliage, garden roses, orchids and hydrangeas. Music was by Al Paris & the Heartbreakers.

The bride graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. She is area manager for Exterran.

The bridegroom has a bachelor's degree in financial investments from UA's Walton College of Business. He is a technical account specialist at Miraca Life Sciences.

The couple will live in Houston after a wedding trip to Antigua.
