Kihilil Deeshun Foley, 21, faces charges of first-degree murder and first-degree battery. He's accused of shooting Jacksonville brothers Mario Jerome Thompson, 33, and Antonio DeWayne Bland, 31, during a dispute at Westwood Apartments in Little Rock on May 10. Thompson died from his injuries.

Little Rock District Judge Alice Lightle on Thursday ordered Foley to be held at the Pulaski County jail on $250,000 bail.

Police said witnesses and physical evidence connect Foley to the shooting at 21 Nandina Circle, just north of Stagecoach Road. Foley's girlfriend said she saw Foley fighting on the ground with Thompson as Bland stood nearby, and then she heard gunshots about 3 a.m., according to a court affidavit.

Officers reported collecting three .45-caliber shell casings at the scene. They also reported finding two .45-caliber shell casings in a maroon Cadillac that had reportedly been seen fleeing the apartment complex. Foley's wallet, ID card and a gold-plated mouthpiece that he'd been seen wearing before the shooting were inside the vehicle, the affidavit states.
