Little Rock police officer Michael Felcher was driving west on West Dixon Road when his passenger window shattered, according to a Pulaski County sheriff's office report.

Felcher returned to the area where his car was damaged and found Amber Denise Burrus, 19, of Little Rock and Scotty Wade, 16, hiding in a nearby treeline with two BB guns, according to the arrest report.

Other victims reported similar damage once deputies arrived. Isaac Wayne, 37, of Hensley told deputies he found dents and chipped paint on two of his cars that drove in the area. Wayne pulled over after hearing several "pings," according to the report.

Another victim, Ashley Henderson, 30, of Hensley, told deputies her driver's side window shattered while she was driving east on West Dixon Road, the report said.

There were a total of six children in the four vehicles that were shot at, according to the report.

Wade will be charged as a juvenile, the report stated.

Burrus was charged with 12 counts of aggravated assault, 12 counts of committing a terroristic act and six counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. She was being held in the Pulaski County jail on Tuesday night in lieu of $15,000 bond.
