The Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union will host a panel discussion on campaign finance reform at 1 p.m. Feb. 20 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Fayetteville.
The event is free and open to the public. Guest speakers will include Jay Barth, a professor of political science at Hendrix College in Conway; Carol Goforth, a professor at the University of Arkansas' School of Law; and John L. Burnett, an attorney from Little Rock.
