Arkansas is expecting to sign at least 20 prospects on national signing day, but Coach Bret Bielema hopes to land other top prospects for its remaining three spots.

Two members of the 2016 class are already on campus: Hope defensive end McTelvin Agim -- who signed a financial aid agreement Dec. 17 -- and Northwest Mississippi Community College offensive lineman Terrance Malone -- who signed a national letter of intent Dec. 16.

The Hogs are looking to add some highly regarded uncommitted prospects today.

Highly recruited receiver Tyrie Cleveland will pick from among Arkansas, Florida and TCU at 8 a.m. He was a Houston commitment but took official visits to his finalists.

Cleveland, 6-3, 190, 4.32 of Houston Westfield, is ranked the No. 4 receiver in the nation by ESPN. His family members in the Houston area are fond of the Arkansas coaches and the Razorbacks fan base.

Cornerback Kristian Fulton will announce his college decision at noon and is expected to choose among LSU, Arkansas or Florida.

On Monday night, Fulton, 6-0, 170 pounds of Metairie (La.) Rummel, denied reports he had eliminated Arkansas from his list. ESPN rates him the No. 3 cornerback and No. 27 overall prospect in the nation.

The Hogs lost out on running back Kyle Porter, 5-11, 194, 4.4 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of Katy, Texas, on Tuesday. He chose Texas over Arkansas and TCU.

National recruiting analyst Tom Lemming of CBS Sports Networks rates running back Devwah Whaley, 6-0, 209, 4.45 of Beaumont, (Texas) Central, a four-star plus prospect. He'll ink with the Hogs during a signing ceremony at his school at 10:30 a.m.

Cole Kelley, 6-7, 250, 4.9 of Lafayette, (La.) Teurlings Catholic, will be the lone quarterback Arkansas signs. He'll fax in his letter of intent between 7:30 and 8 a.m. He's a three-star recruit.

For several of the Arkansas commitments, the day is a dream come true.

Linebacker De'jon Harris, 6-1, 230, 4.7 of Marrero, (La.) John Ehret, made an official visit to Alabama over the weekend after receiving a late scholarship offer, but he declared he was still a Hog on Sunday. He said he knows now he's about to take a big step.

"Just knowing I'm going to be in college after this," said Harris, who's a three-star plus recruit.

Three other linebackers, Dee Walker, 6-3, 210, 4.50 of Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County, Giovanni LaFrance, 6-1, 239, 4.8 of New Orleans, (La.) St. Augustine, and Alexy Jean-Baptiste, 6-2, 200, 4.48 Pompano Beach, (Fla.) Coconut Creek, will also ink with Arkansas today.

Lemming rates Walker a three-star recruit; LaFrance and Baptiste four-star recruits.

Smackover receiver Jordan Jones, 6-2, 180, 4.34, will be one of at least four in-state prospects that will have inked with the Hogs in the 2016 class.

He has been committed to the Razorbacks since June 19, 2014.

He's expected to fax in his national letter of intent around 7:30 a.m.

"I'm just thanking God for the amazing opportunity that he has blessed me with," said Jones, who Lemming rates a three-star prospect. "I'm really living a movielike experience. This is all I've dreamed about and now it happening."

Defensive lineman, Austin Capps, 6-3, 312, 5.1 from Star City, and Pulaski Robinson athlete T.J. Hammonds, 5-11, 192, 4.42, will fax in their national letters of intent early this morning and have signing ceremonies at 5 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., respectively.

Capps is a four-star prospect and Hammonds a four-star plus recruit.

Hammonds could play slot receiver or running back in Fayetteville.

Little Rock Christian offensive lineman Dylan Hays, 6-3, 290, 5.0, may sign a national letter of intent with the Hogs during a signing ceremony at the school at 9:30 a.m. or wait and be awarded a scholarship at a later date.

He was a Central Arkansas University commitment until Monday night, when he pledged to the Hogs after talking to Bielema. Missouri and Indiana extended offers Sunday.

The Hogs will sign four-star offensive linemen Jake Heinrich, 6-4, 290, 5.3 from Urbandale, Iowa, and Paul Ramirez, 6-7, 295 from San Bernardino Valley College in California, today.

Highly regarded defensive lineman Briston Guidry, 6-3, 284, 4.90 Metairie (La.) Rummel, chose the Hogs over scholarship offers from Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M, Oklahoma and others. He's eager to be a Hog.

"Like nothing but positive vibes," said Guidry, a four-star prospect. "I'm not nervous. I'm just ready to be part of the Razorback family. It's time to open a new chapter of my life."

Junior college All-American cornerback Joseph Putu, 6-2, 195, 4.37 from North Dakota State College of Science, is expected to sign with the Hogs between 7 and 7:30 a.m.

Safety Micahh Smith, 6-1, 198, 4.54 from Marshall, Texas, added a late offer from the Hogs. He'll sign with Arkansas at 11:30 a.m.
