A Jefferson County District Court judge found during a Jan. 25 court appearance there was no probable cause to hold Harold Magee, 19, of Pine Bluff on a capital murder charge.

Magee was arrested Jan. 20 in connection with the death of Keith Wilbert Jr., who died Sept. 23 after being shot at his Pine Bluff home during a home invasion.

No formal charges have been filed against Magee, but he is answerable to probable cause involving theft by receiving for being in possession of a stolen firearm, Hunter said.

Magee is scheduled for a March 22 court date in district court, unless formal charges are filed against him before then in Jefferson County Circuit Court, Hunter said.
