• Lorenzo Danaby, 24, of 1809 W. Bedford Loop Apt. 1 was arrested Sunday in connection with leaving the scene of an injury accident. Danaby was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,000.
• Anthony Wagoner, 40, of Route 1, Box 970 in Watts, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wagoner was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Danny Proctor, 69, of 900 N. Leverett Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with furnishing prohibited articles and possession of a controlled substance. Proctor was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Lois Kisling, 53, of 417 Hill St. Apt. B was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Kisling was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Jose Ramirez, 45, of 1402 Ellis Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Ramirez was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,242.

• Jamie Alejandro Cantu-Avila, 32, of 313 E. Hardwood Drive was arrested Saturday in connection with first-degree terroristic threatening. Cantu-Avila was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
