David Wilcox has been named the 2016 Outstanding CPA in Government by the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Wilcox is senior adviser to the vice chancellor for finance and administration and chief financial officer at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Square Scrub of Jonesboro received the 2016 International Sanitary Supply Association's Innovation award in the equipment category for its latest floor scrubbing machine, the Doodle Scrub EBG-9. They also received the ISSA Innovation Visitors' Choice award.
