• Krista Nicole Payton, 33, of 159 S. Redoak Road in Colcord, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Payton was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Dennis Reeyce Alcox, 33, of 930 N. Market St. in Wichita, Kan., was arrested Saturday in connection with robbery. Alcox was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Nils Jakob Krahe, 21, of 4412 Cynthia St. in Bellaire, Texas, was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Krahe was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $5,765.
• Felicia Amburgey, 37, no address listed, was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Amburgey was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.
• Andrew Amburgey, 34, no address listed, was arrested Saturday in connection with theft by receiving. Amburgey was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• Misty Phillips, 40, of 14646 Hubbard Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Phillips was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a partial bond of $1,500.

• Kellie Landrio, 44, of 608 Black Oak Ave. Apt. 100 was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and violating parole. Landrio was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,500.
• Oscar Ceballos-Morales, 30, of 11495 Silver Cloud Trail in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Ceballos-Morales was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a partial bond of $1,500.
• Jaime Ayala-Rodriguez, 40, of 514 Butterfield Coach Road was arrested Sunday in connection with rape. Ayala-Rodriguez was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $50,000.
University of Arkansas Police Department
• Connor White, 22, of 1291 Mount Comfort Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, furnishing prohibited articles and possession of drug paraphernalia. White was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a partial bond of $3,095.
