Police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a woman Thursday morning on the Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, according to a news release from the city of Bella Vista.
The suspect is described as a white man in his early 30s with short brown hair, a short beard and a scorpion tattoo on his upper arm or shoulder, according to the news release. He was wearing black shorts, a black tank top and walking sandals.
