Hollinsworth Grove sits just north of the airport, and the Little Rock Housing Authority has long expected the airport to buy the 50-year-old project, too. That would give the authority money to build better housing elsewhere. But with Hollinsworth becoming surrounded by vacant houses and businesses, the authority has decided it can't wait any longer.
