Arkansan's body found in Missouri

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- Authorities have found the body of a missing Arkansas woman in southeast Missouri three days after she called 911 to report that she was trapped in a flooding car.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the body of Ginger Myers, 44, of Concord, Ark., was found Friday.

KFVS-TV reported that Butler County Sheriff Mark Dobbs said her family found her car submerged near a bridge. Myers' call for help had cut out Tuesday.

Area farmland experienced significant flooding last week after heavy rainfall.
