Carlock was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $3,500.
• Roneisha Ester, 23, of 673 Brookhaven Court in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Ester was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $3,500.
• Kenton Morisseau, 20, of 1024 Twin Lakes Drive in Coral Springs, Fla., was arrested Saturday in connection with theft by receiving and fraudulent use of a credit card. Morisseau was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,500.
• Melvin Brooks, 33, of 7240 NW 44th Court in Lauderhill, Fla., was arrested Saturday in connection with fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by receiving. Brooks was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,500.
• Jacob Theus, 20, of 649 Wilson Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Theus was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,500.

• Majeed Marthoski-Henson, 18, of 202 Rains Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Sunday in connection with breaking or entering and theft of property. Marthoski-Henson was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $805.
• Kira Breanne-May Dye, 20, of 801 E. Lake Francis Drive in Siloam Springs was arrested Sunday in connection with breaking or entering. Dye was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Andra Lee Stapleton, 38, of 1125 NW Inn Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a drug paraphernalia. Stapleton was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Amanda Leigh Lessley, 26, of 400 E. Twin Springs Road was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. • Cody Dean Barker, 21, of Route 1, P.O. Box 418 in Westville, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Barker was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Josean Martinez, 18, of 1272 Bridgestone Ave. Apt. 102 was arrested Sunday in connection with second-degree battery. Martinez was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $3,500.
• Wilber Santiago-Lugo, 30, of 712 Maple Drive was arrested Sunday in connection with second-degree battery. Lugo was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $3,500.
• Brent Alexander, 29, of 121 Rhodes Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and violating parole. Alexander was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,500.

• Romine Richard, 39, of 17295 S. U.S. 71 in Winslow was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. • Jerred Ray, 34, of P.O. Box 653 in Prairie Grove was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Ray was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a partial bond of $2,500.
