Alex Martinez was named The Job Guide's new chief executive officer. He was the guide's chief business development officer. The Job Guide is a bi-weekly employment publication distributed in Northwest Arkansas, Fort Smith, southwest Missouri and the Tulsa metro area. Martinez succeeds Angela Robinson who will continue in an advisory capacity. Martinez remains chief operating officer and publisher of The Job Guide.

Lauren Haynes was appointed as curator of contemporary art at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville. Haynes will join the museum in October and will contribute to all activities related to the contemporary art program including exhibitions, collection development and presentation, and publications as well as community partnerships, public programs and donor stewardship. Haynes worked at The Studio Museum in Harlem and has written several landmark catalogues.

Christine Skorenko joined Visit Bentonville as event and sales manager. She worked as an event sales manager at Pinstripes Entertainment Venue in Kansas City, Mo.

Dr. Mark S. Thomas was named vice president of population management at Washington Regional Medical System. Thomas helped develop NextHealth, a clinically integrated network comprised of healthcare providers from Washington Regional and Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas that focuses on improved coordination of care for patients.

David Savage was promoted to senior vice president, area loan manager for Arvest Bank. Savage has worked for Arvest Bank for 18 years, most recently as a senior vice president and commercial banker and has worked in the lending department and as a credit analyst.

Graydon Rochelle was named to a new team designed to help businesses that bank with Arvest Bank. The creation of the business banking department is part of a bank-wide emphasis. Rochelle has worked for Arvest Bank for the past seven years and will be the business banking manager for the team.

Randy Durbin was named a business banker for a new team designed to help businesses that bank with Arvest Bank. Durbin has worked for Arvest Bank since 2010.

Gail Sneeringer was named a business banker for a new team designed to help businesses that bank with Arvest Bank. Sneeringer has worked for Arvest Bank for seven years.

Payne Brewer was named commercial loan manager for Arvest Bank, Benton County. Brewer worked for Arvest Bank in Fayetteville since 1997 as senior vice president then as executive vice president and loan manager.

Brent Glasgow will serve as vice president of operations on the OK Foods executive team. Glasgow's career in poultry spans 12 years and five states. He will be responsible for maintaining operational effectiveness throughout the OK Foods operations chain.

Amy Szadziewicz will serve as vice president of quality and food safety on the OK Foods Executive Team. Szadziewicz has more than 17 years in the poultry industry and spent the previous eight years specializing in quality management.
