Little Rock officers were called about 1:15 a.m. to a residence at 8 George Lane, just east of Geyer Springs Road. Armando Rodriguez, 23, said two men pulled up in a black Toyota Camry and pointed a gun at him, according to a police report.

One of the men struck Rodriguez in the head with a pistol, and the other took his wallet, cellphone and car keys, the report said. The robbers then fled.

Police said Rodriguez had a minor head injury, but he declined medical treatment at the scene.

Rodriguez's girlfriend, Yesenia Lemus, 18, told police that she saw the holdup, according to the report. She said she was driving toward her house when she saw two men pointing a gun at her boyfriend, so she kept driving and called police, the report said.

The robbers are both described as roughly 5 feet 8 inches tall and 190 pounds. More detailed descriptions were not available.
