4th Judicial Drug Task Force

• Bobby Morell, 59, of 650 Poplar St., Apt. B9 in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Morell was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.

• Harley Jean Massey, 22, of 2108 E. Oaks Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and failure to appear. Massey was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $1,080.

• Nicholas Macias, 19, of 401 W. 21st St., Apt. 37 in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with residential burglary. Macias was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Lanard Walker Jr., 40, of 1490 Arkansas 238 in Moro was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. Walker was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $3,000.

• Kelleye Marie Kirkland, 28, of 10120 Grambling Road in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property and a parole violation. Kirkland was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $11,000.

• Alexander Miles Killman, 28, of 708 Rustic Drive in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with residential burglary. Killman was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Tommy Wayne Hinton, 40, of 4608 Pacific St. in Farmington was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property. Hinton was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $5,000.

• Amanda Rochelle Carter, 36, of 2 Dunedin Circle in Bella Vista was arrested Thursday in connection with theft by receiving. Carter was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Clinton Wayne Birge Jr., 29, of 707 E. Delaware St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault, first-degree terroristic threatening and failure to appear. Birge was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Julian Matthew Ellington, 27, of 12349 W. Arkansas 72 in Bentonville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Ellington was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Muriel Leigh Price, 28, of 12349 W. Arkansas 72 in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Price was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Misty Phillips, 40, of 14646 Hubbard Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Phillips was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,500.

• Ryan Kramer, 39, of 931 E. Cherry St. in Alma was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver and furnishing prohibited articles. Kramer was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,500 and a hold from another department.

• K.C. Taylor Gregg, 19, of 54 Mayfair Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with residential burglary. Gregg was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $500.

• Ricardo Diaz, of 32 Applegate Drive in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of drug paraphernalia. Diaz was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set and holds from other departments.

• Christina Golden, 28, of 6100 S. Wilkerson St. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with forgery, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Golden was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,500 and a hold from another department.

• Caitlin Gayer, 24, of 1102 Stratton Road in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property. Gayer was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a $2,500 bond.
