As a matter of policy, the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette will publish corrections of errors in fact that have been printed in the newspaper.
The corrections will be made as soon as possible after the error has been brought to the attention of the editor at 872-5168.
Arkansas Winning Initiative Inc., which supports a proposed constitutional amendment to allow three casinos to open in Arkansas, reported spending $422,919 for National Ballot Access of Georgia to use paid canvassers to collect signatures on petitions for the proposal. An article in Wednesday’s edition didn’t clearly describe how the signatures were gathered.
