Former Razorback Michael Qualls has signed with Israeli National League team Hapoel Galil Gilboa, according to eurobasket.com.

The 6-foot-5 guard will enter the season healthy after missing last year with a torn ACL suffered in a pre-draft workout with the Phoenix Suns. Before the injury, Qualls was projected as a second-round pick in the 2015 NBA Draft after leaving Arkansas early following his junior season.

The Oklahoma City Thunder signed him during the summer, then allocated him to their D-League team, the Oklahoma City Blue, after waiving him in October. He appeared to be set to play for the New Orleans Pelicans’ summer league team, but didn’t wind up on the roster.

Qualls averaged 15.9 points and 5.3 rebounds in his final season at Arkansas.
