4th Judicial Drug Task Force
• Joshua Elms, 41, of 446 W. Cato Springs Road in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering, delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

• Kandace Thompson, 30, of 446 W. Cato Springs Road was arrested Wednesday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent of delivering, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. She was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $3,520.

• Bryan Rivas-Medina, 20, of 1998 Garnet Road was arrested Thursday in connection with sexual indecency with a child. Rivas-Medina was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond.
• Kimberly Bowen, 40, of 1725 Madison County 2590 in Kingston was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft of property. She was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.

• Spencer Adcock, 25, of 496 N. Coral Canyon Loop in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with forgery. He was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.
• Richard McCormick, 49, of Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the purpose of delivering and parole violation. He was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.
• Dwight Hatcher, 52, of 14856 E. Black Oak Road in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose of delivering. He was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.
• Summer Thompson, 28, of 2090 N. Chestnut Ave. Apt. D10 in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with theft by receiving and forgery. She was being held Thurdasy at the Washington County Detention Center with $3,035 in bonds.
• Kerry Zingerella, 41, of 914 W. 14th St. in Ada, Okla., was arrested Wednesday in connection with failure to pay child support. He was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.
