Rogers High 15, Fort Smith Northside 0

Sarah Hulsey hit two of Rogers High’s four home runs as the Lady Mounties rolled past the Lady Bears in four innings in 7A-West Conference play Tuesday at Veterans Park. Hulsey finished 2 for 3 and drove in five runs for Rogers (16-7, 7-4 7A-West). Ashlyn Lang added a three-run homer and Alex McManus chipped in a solo shot for the Lady Mounties. Maddie Massanelli and Allyn Hensley added three hits each.

Fort Smith Southside 4, Rogers Heritage 3

The Lady Rebels rallied from a 3-1 deficit to claim a big 7A-West Conference win on Tuesday. Heritage (16-7, 9-2 7A-West) got two hits from Mika Polumbo and Lora Brown. Brown also drove in a run, while Lindsay Glynn added two RBIs.

Bentonville 18, Springdale High 0

Maddy Prough threw a no-hitter over three innings, and Bentonville took advantage of Springdale’s wildness to roll past the Lady Red’Dogs in a game played at Hunt’s Park. The Lady Tigers (24-1, 11-0 7A-West) managed just six hits, but Springdale’s pitchers issued 10 walks and hit seven batters. Haley Cornell had two of the six hits in the first inning — an RBI double and a three-run double — as Bentonville scored nine times in the inning. Bentonville’s win, coupled with Heritage’s loss, gives the Lady Tigers a twogame lead over the Lady War Eagles with three league games remaining.

Springdale Har-Ber 7, Fayetteville 3

Aryn Scoggins finished 2 for 3 with a home run and three RBIs and Brooklyn Morgan and Claire Collier added two hits each as the Lady Wildcats picked up the 7A-West Conference win at Lady’Dawg Yard.

Taylor Van Hook allowed just two earned runs and eight hits over seven innings for Springdale Har-Ber (7-17, 3-8).

Fayetteville (7-12, 5-6) got two hits and one RBI from Emily Lyles.

The Lady Wildcats visit Fort Smith Southside on Thursday and Fayetteville is at Rogers Heritage.

Farmington 5, Maumelle 0 Maumelle 11, Farmington 10

Paige Devecsery tossed a shutout in the doubleheader opener as the Lady Cardinals earned a 5A-West Conference split Tuesday. Brooke Smith took the loss for Farmington in the nightcap as the Lady Cards now stand 17-9 overall and 8-4 in the 5A-West.

PREP BASEBALL

Elkins 8, Lincoln 6

The Elks wrapped up the regular season with a win as Curtis Williams led the way.

Williams earned the pitching win, and was 2 for 2 with three RBIs at the dish. Brad Richardson was 2 for 4 with two doubles for Elkins, which will host the 3A-1 District Tournament later this week.
