Mark Rushing was named assistant vice chancellor of university relations at the University of Arkansas effective April 1, after leading the office as acting director since the beginning of the year. He joined university relations in 2012 and was the office’s director of strategic communications. He has more than 15 years experience as a public relations executive and broadcast journalist. Rushing received numerous broadcasting awards and earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas and a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Memphis.

Mike Bishop, a registered nurse in the endovascular neurosurgery unit at Washington Regional Medical Center, achieved the designation of Certified Nurse-Operating Room. Bishop has been a nurse at Washington Regional for two years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas. He is certified in advanced cardiovascular life support, advanced stroke life support, pediatric advanced life support and completed the trauma nursing core course.

Christian Campbell was promoted to vice president, trust manager for Fayetteville and Springdale Arvest Bank. Campbell joined Arvest in 2004 as an assistant manager in Fayetteville. She has worked as a client adviser investment specialist, an assistant to a regional investment officer in the trust department and local service manager. Campbell earned a bachelor’s degree from Lyon College in Batesville and holds a Certified Trust and Financial Advisory designation, Arkansas life and health insurance licenses and securities licenses.

Kim Cheah was promoted to assistant vice president for Arvest Bank. Cheah has worked for Arvest Wealth Management since 2004 and was a financial manager for Campus Credit Union and Tropical Design. Cheah earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1995 and a master’s degree in business administration in 1996 from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kan. She earned the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2012.

Ryan Brisiel was promoted to vice president for Arvest Bank. Brisiel has worked for Arvest Wealth Management since earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas in 2002.

Asha Mehta was named among the top 10 women in Asset Management by the Money Management Executive magazine. She is director of responsible investing for Acadian Asset Management.

Mike Osborn, manager of Washington Regional Center for Exercise, earned the designation of Certified Wellness Coach from the Catalyst Coaching Institute. He graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology/exercise science. He is certified as a personal trainer through National Strength and Conditioning Association; as an advanced personal trainer through the Cooper Institute; in functional movement screen and YMCA group exercise instruction; and is an American Red Cross instructor, lifeguard and CPR professional rescuer.

Rock Reynolds is the new Arkansas territory manager for CH Elevator Co. and will manage the Bentonville office. He will be responsible for sales and service throughout Arkansas for commercial and residential homes. He graduated from California State University with a degree in business management.
