Six of the 10 top High Schools in Arkansas are in Benton County or Washington County, according to U.S. News & World Report's 2016 rankings of best high schools.
The Top 10 for the state were:
- Haas Hall Academy (No. 116 nationally)
- Bentonville High School (No. 837 nationally)
- Rogers High School (No. 1069 nationally)
- Greenbrier High School (No. 1442 nationally)
- Lakeside High School (No. 1568 nationally)
- Rogers Heritage High School (No. 1676 nationally)
- Green Forest High School (No. 1831 nationally)
- Arkansas Arts Academy High (No. 1834 nationally)
- Springdale High School (No. 1906 nationally)
- Berryville High School (No. 1917 nationally)
The rankings were based on state assessments, graduation rates and the college readiness of their students, according to the rankings website.
