"I love bikers," Rachel Fields Brick says. "And they love our music."

With Bikes, Blues & BBQ in nearby Fayetteville, the Eureka Springs musician says she has frequently been asked where rally goers can find the blues. "It's all rock 'n' roll," she says bikers complain.

This year, although "it was such a last minute thing I couldn't book a bunch of people," Brick says she has solved the problem. She, husband Larry Brick and their band, Brick Fields, will be joined by Roscoe Van Jones for an all-blues weekend at the Eureka Springs City Auditorium.

Ordinarily, Brick Fields doesn't have any trouble singing the blues. Just this spring, the band -- formed when Rachel Fields jammed with Larry Brick at the New Delhi Cafe just over seven years ago -- toured Israel, performing at blues clubs and "walking where Jesus walked."

"Music motivated it, but it was something we'd always wanted to do," she says of the journey. "I got baptized in the Jordan and saw a rainbow over the Sea of Galilee."

Brick's faith comes through in the band's music, which she describes as "Ozark gospel blues." And she's confident she can fill the theater by offering one of the basic elements of Bikes, Blues & BBQ.
