• Dustina Renee Carsten, 33, of 20028 Kirk Lane Road in Lincoln was arrested Sunday in connection with a felony parole violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing governmental operations and misdemeanor counts of failure to appear, theft of property and contempt. Carsten was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on an incomplete bond of $1,595.

Fayetteville

• Michelle Broderson, 39, of 1101 S. Curtis Ave. Apt. H57 was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. She was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with bond set at $1,630.

Springdale

• Valentin Diaz, 25, of 521 Mountain View Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony control of a vehicle and misdemeanor driving on a suspended/revoked license. Diaz was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday on a $1,500 bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Monty Winters, 39, of 2411 S. 16th St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with forgery and possession of a controlled substance. He was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center on $6,000 bond.

Rogers

• Smoldering mulch was reported as a grass fire at 5:53 a.m. Monday from 2203 S. Promenade Blvd. The fire was put out.

• Unauthorized burning was reported at 1055 a.m. Sunday from 6226 W. Southgate Court.

Accident

Bentonville

• An injury accident was reported at 12:05 p.m. Sunday from the intersection of South Walton Boulevard and Southeast Walton Boulevard.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 11:36 a.m. Sunday from the intersection of South Walton Boulevard and Southwest 14th Street.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• A wreck that left a three-quarter ton pickup in a ravine off Mount Olive Road was reported at 11:57 a.m. Friday from near the intersection of Mount Olive Road and Arkansas 59 in Gravette.

• A two-vehicle wreck was reported at 3:18 p.m. Friday from near 10447 War Eagle Road outside Rogers. Medics were called to check on two children.

Rogers

• A wreck between two sport utility vehicles leaving one vehicle on its side was reported at 11:25 a.m. Sunday from the intersection of Eighth and Oak streets. Both vehicles had to be towed. One of the drivers was cited. Medics were called, but no one was hospitalized, according to fire records.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 2:59 p.m. Sunday from 1712 S.W. 14th St.

• Threats were reported at 11:15 a.m. Sunday from Decision Point, 602 N. Walton Blvd.

• Police reported finding drunken driver at 1:08 a.m. Sunday near 2400 N. Walton Blvd.

• Theft of a weed trimmer Thursday night was reported at 11:45 a.m. Friday from 12024 Cripps Road in Gentry.

• A vehicle break-in was reported at 391 S.E. Miami Loop No. 6 at 1:40 p.m. Sunday after tools were stolen from a truck.

• A vehicle's tire was reported slashed at 1540 N. Boxley Ave. at 2:14 p.m. Sunday.

• A vehicle break-in was reported at 3115 W. Old Farmington Road at 7:19 p.m. Sunday after flight bags were stolen.

• A red Wolf scooter was reported stolen from 1399 N. Futrall Drive at 8:13 p.m. Sunday.

• A burglary was reported at 2643 N. Sierra Ave. at 8:30 p.m. Sunday.

• Vehicle break-ins were reported at 1226 N. Vista Place at 7:57 a.m. Monday.

• Vehicle break-ins were reported at 1224 N. Turner Ave. at 8:51 a.m. Monday.

• A red Wolf RX-50 scooter was reported stolen from 603 W. Cheshire Court No. 206 at 9:39 a.m. Monday.

• Theft was reported at 1687 N. Forest Heights at 10:18 a.m. Monday.

• A red Zhenhua scooter was reported stolen from 596 N. Betty Jo Drive at 10:33 a.m. Monday.

• A gun was reported stolen from a vehicle at 3750 W. Providence Drive at 11:22 a.m. Monday.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 11:20 p.m. Sunday from Eighth Street Motel, 915 S. Eighth St., after a person broke windows at the motel.

• Burglary was reported at 6:07 p.m. Sunday from 825 S. Riviera Drive after two men stole a bike out of a garage. Police recovered the bike and stopped a man and a juvenile.

• A disturbance involving three men was reported at 4:07 p.m. Sunday in front of 1107 and 1105 S. 26th St. A person was arrested for third-degree battery.

• Theft of a wallet was reported at 3:04 p.m. Sunday from 2203 S. Promenade Blvd.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 8:29 a.m. Sunday from 7 S. Queensborough Lane after a house was egged.

• A theft was reported at 11:59 a.m. Monday from 5392 Arkansas 112.

• A theft was reported at 11:44 a.m. Monday from 1393 E. Don Tyson Parkway.
