SPRINGDALE -- A Siloam Springs man was arrested in connection with the rape of a 15-year-old girl, according to a preliminary police report. Roberto Madrigal-Guerra, 20, of 13970 Turnberry Lane was arrested Friday.
A Springdale girl told police she had oral sex with Madrigal-Guerra two years ago when she was 13 years old and he was 19 years old, according to the report.
Madrigal-Guerra told police during an interview he had oral sex with the girl three times, according to the report. The last incident happened in November 2013, according to the report.
Madrigal-Guerra was being held at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond and a hold from a federal court.
