First Quarter

Missouri opened with a three and out. A play ruled on the field as a Hunter Henry reception and fumble for a 21-yard gain was overturned and ruled no catch on replay, and the Hogs went three and out. Missouri gained one first down on the ground and punted. Rickey Hatley sacked Brandon Allen for a 9-yard loss on third down. The Tigers went three and out. Dominique Reed had a 15-yard catch on third and 14 for the Hogs. Alex Collins converted a third-and-2 play with a 6-yard run and finished off a 53-yard drive with a 4-yard touchdown run on the second-to-last play of the quarter.

Second Quarter

ARKANSAS 21, MISSOURI 3

Josh Liddell had a tackle for 1-yard loss on Missouri’s third and 1, so the Tigers punted. Alex Collins had 39 yards, including a 7-yard touchdown run, Kody Walker had a 22-yard run and Hunter Henry caught an 18-yard pass on third and 5 as the Hogs drove 84 yards. Wesley Leftwich’s 35-yard catch and Ish Witter’s 17-yard run set up Andrew Baggett’s 35-yard field goal for Missouri. Arkansas methodically went the distance with no plays covering more than 9 yards before Drew Morgan’s 15-yard catch and Collins’ 25-yard tackle-breaking touchdown run as Arkansas went up 21-3. Drew Lock passed to Russell Hansbrough for a loss of 2 yards, and then Missouri allowed the clock to run out.

Dominique Reed couldn’t hang on to a low Brandon Allen throw on third and 4, and the Hogs punted. The Tigers drove to midfield and punted to the Arkansas 15. Alex Collins reached the 100-yard mark as the Hogs reached their 45 before having to punt. Jared Cornelius fielded a short Missouri punt and went 5 yards to the Tigers’ 34. A Missouri personal foul on a failed third-down play led to Kody Walker’s 9-yard touchdown run. The Tigers punted after Drew Lock threw incomplete on three consecutive plays. Arkansas went three and out.

Fourth Quarter

ARKANSAS 28, MISSOURI 3

Quarterback Drew Lock had runs of 13 and 12 yards to get Missouri moving, then Tyler Hunt ran for 13 yards on fourth and 1 to the Hogs’ 18. Taiwan Johnson and Jeremiah Ledbetter combined on a 3-yard sack, then Lock threw incomplete on fourth down. Alex Collins ran for 17 yards on third and 8 and Damon Mitchell had an 11-yard catch before Brandon Allen’s cross-body throw was intercepted by Aarion Penton at the Missouri 39. Deatrich Wise sacked Lock. The Razorbacks went three and out. Josh Liddell intercepted Lock in the end zone. Arkansas’ offensive starters were removed from the field, and the reserves knelt on the final play.
