• Kenneth Richard Sutton, 46, of 5109 Barron Road in Bentonville was arrested Tuesday in connection with second- degree domestic battering, first-degree interference with emergency communications, failure to appear and contempt. Sutton was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Dakota Wayne Weiser, 30, of 1100 N.E. Second St. in Bentonville was arrested Tuesday in connection with second- degree battery, resisting arrest and third-degree assault on a family or household member. Weiser was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Elm Springs

• Heather Bragg, 35, of Fayetteville, was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft of leased or rented property. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Wednesday.

Fayetteville

• Jonathan Worsley, 31, of 1168 W. Cato Springs in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and parole violation. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Wednesday.

• Stephen Ammons, 19, of 1127 Nemett Drive in Pea Ridge was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft of leased or rented property. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Wednesday.

Siloam Springs

• Jamie Kimberling, 37, of 1101 N. Monitor Road in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with robbery, second- degree endangering the welfare of a minor and obstructing governmental operations. Kimberling was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Timothy Billbe, 33, of Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine and parole violation. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Wednesday.

• Marselina Ibarra, 24, of 1602 Sisco Ave. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance - methamphetamine. Ibarra was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday in lieu of $2,547.50 bond.

• Elizabeth Aparicio, 42, of 1204 Christian Ave. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Aparicio was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday with no bond set.

• Stephen Spadaro, 30, of 3601 S. Thompson St. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with failure to appear. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $175,000 bond Wednesday.

• Wyatt Elam, 20, of 124 13th St. in Yellville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing, parole violation and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.

• A breaking or entering was reported at 5:19 p.m. Tuesday at 6 Greenridge Lane.

• A burglary was reported at 10:43 p.m. Tuesday at 1907 Almand Drive.

• Theft was reported at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday at 1464 N. Merion Way.

• Forgery was reported at 12:14 p.m. Wednesday at Lowe's, 3231 W. Martin Luther King Blvd.

• Burglary was reported at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday at 1126 N. Gregg Ave.

• Burglary was reported at 10:47 a.m. Wednesday at 969 W. Holly St., Apt. 7.

• Five forgery incidents were reported between 10:26 a.m. and 10:29 a.m. Wednesday, according to police dispatch reports. Forgery was reported at businesses at 2100, 2985, 2875 and 1417 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

• Burglary was reported at 10:08 a.m. Wednesday at 1753 E. Zion Road, Apt. B12.

• Breaking and entering was reported at 9:09 a.m. Wednesday at 465 S. Locust Ave.

• Theft was reported at 7:56 a.m. Wednesday at 1720 E. Pump Station Road.
