Pulaski County residents should be mindful when raking leaves and other yard waste this fall, County Judge Barry Hyde said in a statement released Wednesday.
Residents should avoid depositing leaves, grass or other debris in streets, ditches, gutters or any other storm drain, the statement reads.
"Doing so can clog the drainage systems and create flooding on your property, your neighbor's property, or in the street," the statement reads.
