Two men died following a single vehicle accident reported at 9:29 p.m. Friday in Bella Vista.
Josiah David May, 20, of Springdale and Christopher James Ruiz, 24, of Gravette were westbound on Trafalgar Road in a 2005 Chevrolet Friday night, according to a preliminary police report from the Arkansas State Police.
The vehicle was traveling fast, according to the report. May, the driver, lost control of the vehicle near Reed Lane and the vehicle hit several trees.
One man was taken to Mercy Bella Vista Emergency Department and another taken to Washington Regional Medical Center following the accident, according to the report which is dated Saturday.
It was the 412th fatal accident in Arkansas so far this year bringing the total to 463 people who have died in traffic collisions in the state.
