Jackson, 54, of Fayetteville is charged with filing a false police report, a felony, in which she said a Washington County jailer sexually assaulted her in a shower area when she was in the jail.

Investigators watched videos from the cellblock for the evenings that the jailer worked and Jackson was detained, and found that the jailer never went into the shower area with Jackson, police said. The jailer denied any wrongdoing and passed a lie detector test, according to reports.

Jackson was arrested in July on suspicion of filing a false police report.

She had been arrested June 24 on charges of reckless burning, a felony, and public intoxication. Police said she set a fire in her driveway that spread and threatened nearby apartments. She is also facing resisting arrest and fleeing counts, according to reports.

Circuit Judge Joanna Taylor rescheduled Jackson's cases from Nov. 16 to Feb. 9.

Last week, Johnson police issued a warrant for Jackson's arrest, alleging that she didn't pay a taxi fare on Oct. 4, according to a message that police posted online. Jackson was ordered to appear in court but didn't show up, according to police. Both charges are misdemeanors.

In 2014, Jackson was arrested three times in less than three months on charges of driving while intoxicated. Two of the arrests were while she was free on bond, according to reports. She served one year in jail, which was the maximum sentence allowed, for all three DWI convictions.

In September of 2011, Jackson drove into and killed Fayetteville city worker Jackie Luper of West Fork. She drove into a construction zone in front of Butterfield Trail Village on Joyce Boulevard, hitting Luper and injuring two other workers.

She pleaded guilty in 2012 to misdemeanor negligent homicide in Luper's death. She served six months in the Washington County jail and was given probation for one year.
