SPRINGDALE -- Drainage improvements will require closing a portion of Arkansas 264 in Bethel Heights, weather permitting, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department officials.
Crews will install a box culvert across Arkansas 264 about 1,200 feet west of the Old Wire Road intersection.
Traffic will be detoured using Randall Wobbe Lane, Old Wire Road and North Thompson Street. Local traffic will have access to North Oak Street from north and south.
The detours will be from 7 tonight to 7 a.m. Monday. Traffic will be controlled using barrels, warning and detour signs.
