The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch Friday for several Arkansas and Oklahoma counties, including Washington and Benton counties.
The service also issued a flash flood warning effective until 9:30 p.m., and warned motorists not to try to cross roads covered in water.
The tornado watch is in effect until 7 p.m.
