FAYETTEVILLE — A company registered to Jim Lindsey of Lindsey Management Co. is under contract to buy Razorback Park Golf Course in northwest Fayetteville and plans to build several hundred apartments and houses on the 125-acre property, according to city documents.
Preliminary plans show 668 multifamily dwellings and 233 single-family houses on land where the golf course sits.
It’s unclear if the golf course will remain as it is or be changed.
