Construction will require lane closures at the Interstate 430/Interstate 630 interchange in Little Rock beginning today, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
Crews applying final pavement markings on South Shackleford Road between Kanis Road and West Markham Street will require lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and, if needed, 9 p.m. to 3 a.m daily through Friday, weather permitting. The specific lane closed will change as work progresses, the department said.
Additionally, crews preparing the pavement markings for the new flyover carrying traffic from I-430 south to I-630 east will require a closure of the outside I-430 southbound lane between North Rodney Parham Road and I-630. That lane closure will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily through Friday, the department said.
