FAYETTEVILLE -- A Fayetteville woman was arrested Friday after police said she enticed a 14-year-old girl into sex acts, used a cellphone to take video of the girl and sent the video to another person, according to a preliminary police report released Saturday.

Jessyca Loren Hoskins, 26, of 401 W. 24th St., Apt. 10, was arrested in connection with employing or consenting to the use of a child in a sexual performance; distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child; and computer exploitation of a child.

Hoskins was being held Saturday at the Washington County jail in lieu of bond.

The girl's mother called police March 22 from Washington Regional Medical Center and said her daughter had been raped multiple times over that weekend, according to the report. The mother also said the girl was given money for sexual acts, according to the police report.

The girl told police she stayed at Hoskins' apartment where she had "sex with multiple male subjects," the report said.

The girl said Hoskins gave her alcohol and marijuana and introduced her to a pimp called "Allstar," according to the report. The report said Hoskins "introduced" the girl into prostitution.

Hoskins then taped the girl having sex with a man over the age of 18, according to the report. In the video, Hoskins was "heard antagonizing the victim," according to the report. The girl also tried to stop the act, according to the report.

Part of the video also shows the side of Hoskins' face and her leg, according to the police report. Hoskins can be heard in the video talking to someone else in the room, the report said.

Hoskins told police she filmed the video with her cellphone and sent it to a friend, according to a preliminary report. She told police she knew the girl was underage, the report said.

Hoskins said she knew the man in the video and "Allstar," but she refused to give further information, according to the report.

Previously, Hoskins had been arrested on offenses including theft of property in 2014, the report shows.
