Parents of the bride are Pamela and Richard Harrod Blank Jr., 5618 Edgewood Road. Her grandparents are Dorothy Niblack Jackson and the late John David Jackson and the late Carol and Dr. Richard Harrod Blank, all of Tampa, Fla.

The groom is the son of Amy and Michael Morgan Bailey, 3 Chenal Downs. His grandparents are Peggy Lee and Albert Gene Allen of Vicksburg, Miss., and the late Jean and Robert Lee Bailey.

Two arrangements of blooming branches, peonies, hydrangeas, garden roses and dusty miller were on each side of the altar. Music was by The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra String Quartet.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a simple Carolina Herrera gown along with a veil of handmade Spanish lace worn by her sister and cousins at their weddings. She carried a bouquet of peonies, hydrangeas, roses and dusty miller.

Callie Blank Gutierrez of Little Rock was her sister's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Lucy Speed, Sarah Gibson, Sarah Kurrus, Erin Baskin, Lauren Bailey, sister of the groom, and Rachel Arnold, all of Little Rock; Mallory Hatcher and Kelley Oliver, both of Atlanta; Brooke Bates of Birmingham, Ala.; and Jane Anne Murphy of New York. They wore blush pink gowns with sweetheart necklines and draped sleeves and carried bouquets similar to the bride's.

Flower girl and ring bearer were Eva Grace Rainero and Louis Rainero of Bristol, Va.

Lee Conner Bailey of Lake Charles, La., brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Britt Neel and Richard Blank, brother of the bride, both of Dallas; Joshua Pettus, Brooks Rogers, Court Perrin, Evan Grisham, George Miller, Grant Wynne and Zachary Coy, all of Little Rock; and Ryan Isabell of Bentonville. Guests were seated by David Gutierrez of Little Rock; Jackson Reeves of Tampa; Emmery Carey of Carrolton, Ga.; and Jonathan Young of Atlanta, cousins of the bride.

A reception at the Country Club of Little Rock followed the ceremony. Guest tables were centered with arrangements of hydrangeas, peonies, garden roses, dusty miller and cherry blossoms in tall glass cylinders. Chandeliers in the ballroom and the Garden Room were decorated with white dendrobium orchids. Music was by Atlanta Show Stoppers.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in furnishing and interiors from the University of Georgia. She is an interior designer. The groom has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is a sales manager.

The couple will live in Little Rock after a wedding trip to Cayo Espanto, Belize.
