A 94-year-old Eureka Springs woman was killed Wednesday in a wreck in Benton County, according to a report from the Arkansas State Police.
Elaine Holland, 94, was riding in a 2014 Honda CRV driven by Darlene Burmeister, 72, just before 10 a.m., on Arkansas 12 near Arkansas 303, according to the report.
Clayton Cunkle, 16, of Springdale, was driving a 2003 Dodge Ram, lost control of the vehicle around a curve and struck Burmeister's vehicle head-on, according to the report.
Chance Eubanks, 16, of Springdale, who was a passenger in the Dodge, and Burmeister were injured in the wreck and transported to Mercy Medical Center, the report stated.
Conditions at the time of the wreck were listed in the report as rainy with wet roads.
