Power has been restored to about 2,300 SWEPCO customers in south Springdale who had been without electricity since about 7:25 a.m., according to Peter Main, a spokesman for the company.
The area affected was along South Thompson Street. Main said power was restored to the last of the customers about 10:45 a.m. Main said he did not know yet what caused the outage.
