Bobby Wallace Sr. pleaded guilty Monday to second-degree sexual assault, a Class B felony punishable with a prison sentence ranging from five to 20 years. The plea came under an agreement attorney Kathryn Moore reached with Carrie Dobbs, deputy prosecutor.

Wallace was arrested Nov. 4.

A 23-year-old woman reported in July 2014 that Wallace touched her inappropriately when she was 11, according to a probable-cause affidavit. The woman said she was sleeping in a recliner and woke up to find Wallace touching her under her shirt and pants, according to court documents.

Circuit Judge Brad Karren accepted the plea agreement and Wallace's guilty plea.

Wallace was sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. He must abide by a suspended-sentence agreement for 10 years after his release from prison.

He'll be required to register as a sex offender and must pay $2,100 in court costs.
