New Eagle Scouts

John Kennedy, 15, is the son of Christopher and Susan Kennedy of Sherwood. He is a member of Troop 770 at First Christian Church in Sherwood. For his Eagle Project, John planned and supervised rehabilitation of the school baseball dugouts and bleachers at Central Arkansas Christian School's North Little Rock Elementary.

Gaelan Robert, 16, is the son of John Robert and Paula Dunlop-Robert of Maumelle. He is a member of Troop 295 at First United Methodist Church in Maumelle. For his Eagle Project, Gaelan and a crew salvaged bricks once used for a fireplace of a house torn down near Pinnacle Mountain State Park. The bricks were cleaned and stacked for future use in maintaining and repairing hiking trails in the park.

David Hubbard, 18, is the son of Matt and Amy Hubbard of Conway. He is a member of Troop 71 at Conway First United Methodist Church. For his Eagle Project, David built a gazebo at Theodore Jones Elementary School in Conway. The gazebo will be used as an outdoor learning facility.

Noah Delashaw, 17, is the son of Mark and Julie Delashaw of North Little Rock. He is a member of Troop 18 at First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock. For his Eagle Project, Noah led 15 volunteers to build a brick landing in front of the historical building at the Scott Plantation Settlement.

Andrew Harbison, 18, is the son of Dennis and Shannon Harbison of Highland. He is a member of Troop 639 at Old Kia Kima in Hardy. For his Eagle Project, Andrew purchased supplies and constructed three park benches and pads to be placed along a walking trail in a small park in Salem.

Benjamin Wedel, 18, is the son of Eric and Tracy Wedel of Benton. He is a member of Troop 99 at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Little Rock. For his Eagle Project, Benjamin removed clutter and brush, and pressure-washed benches and concrete along the paved path of the Arboretum Trail at Pinnacle Mountain State Park.

Calvin Dudley, 17, is the son of Robert Dudley and Vada Berger of Little Rock. He is a member of Troop 30 at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Little Rock. For his Eagle Project, Calvin built two compost bins for Midtown Gardens at Christ Lutheran Church.

Brian Williams, 17, is the son of Edward and Shannon Williams of Sherwood. He is a member of Troop 805 at Saint Edward's Catholic Church in Little Rock. For his Eagle Project, Brian renovated an outdoor deck on a historic house at St. Edward's Catholic Church along with various landscaping improvements to the church grounds.

Caleb Hamilton, 18, is the son of Reginald and Sharell Hamilton of Sherwood. He is a member of Troop 427 at Immaculate Conception Church in North Little Rock. For his Eagle Project, Caleb built, added and prepared 10 new garden beds for use in St. Joseph's Farm community food garden in North Little Rock.

Maxim Applegate, 18, is the son of Naomi Lalonde and Andrew Applegate of Cabot. He is a member of Troop 23 at Cabot United Methodist Church. For his Eagle Project, Maxim collected new and gently used clothes to be donated to the Cabot High School Clothes Closet and distributed to students in need.
