Nuptial vows were exchanged by Meredith Ann Lee and Michael Jared Katzenberg at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 30, in the Windsor Court Hotel, New Orleans. Officiating was the Rev. Matthew Miofsky of St. Louis and Rabbi Barry Weinstein of Baton Rouge.

Parents of the bride are Leslie and Mark Lee, 2303 Beechwood St. She is the granddaughter of Nell and the late Dr. Joe Cannon of Memphis and Virginia and the late Henry Lee of McComb, Miss.

The groom is the son of Susan Pertnoy of North Palm Beach, Fla., and Marc Katzenberg III of Norwalk, Conn. His grandparents are Barbara and the late Jack Kay and Elizabeth and Alan Shulman, all of Palm Beach, Fla.; Susan Kasche of San Marcos, Calif.; and Marc Katzenberg II of Blue Bell, Pa.

Arrangements of white hydrangeas, peonies, garden roses and ranunculus decorated the ceremony site.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a strapless ivory lace trumpet-style gown. She carried a bouquet of hydrangeas, roses, freesia and dusty miller.

Serving as the bride's honor attendants were her sisters Margo Lee of Little Rock and Jennifer Grinnan of Dallas. Bridesmaids were Katherine Cloud and Katelyn Kuehl, both of Dallas; Catherine Coleman, Lindsay Merrill and Lindsay Perper, all of New York; Ellen Doramus, Alexandra Parker and Anna Heald, all of Houston; Isabella Katzenberg of Palm Beach, sister of the groom; Lauren-Blair O'Brien, Elise Shea and Anne-Elizabeth Wynne, all of Little Rock; and Caroline Young of St. Louis. They wore their choice of blush, champagne or gray gowns.

Flower girls were Payton Carroll of Marina del Rey, Calif., and Caroline Fabrikant of Miami, nieces of the groom. Ring bearer was William Carroll of Marina del Rey, nephew of the groom.

The groom's honor attendants were his brothers Andrew Katzenberg of Palm Beach and Adam Katzenberg of Washington. Groomsmen were John Bains, Eric Fabacher, Stewart Fuller, Daniel Grinnan and Royce Wilson, all of Dallas; Andrew Baldwin, Taylor Callaway, Richard Danielson, Nicholas Logothetis and Christopher Senner, all of New York; Mark Shaw of Atlanta; Luke Davis of Jupiter, Fla.; and Frank Fitts of Birmingham, Ala. Guests were seated by Dr. Chet Donnally of Miami and Edward Grace of Palm Beach.

A reception at the hotel followed the ceremony.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a master's in social work from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a social worker at Alpert Jewish Family & Children's Service.

The groom has a bachelor's degree from SMU in economics and finance. He is a risk adviser at Celedinas Insurance Group.

After a wedding trip to Napa, Calif., the couple will live in Palm Beach.
