FAYETTEVILLE -- A Rogers man was found guilty in federal court of four counts of possessing and conspiring to distribute methamphetamine.

Juan Valenzuela, 40, was selling large quantities of methamphetamine out of his Rogers home, according to prosecutors. A federal search warrant executed May 25 revealed about 41 grams of meth, marijuana, numerous small plastic baggies, and a piece of paper that appeared to be a ledger for drug debt owed to him.

Valenzuela was arrested and indicted by a federal grand jury June 3.

Valenzuela will be sentenced at a later date.

The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Benton County Sheriff's Office. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Brice White and Brandon Carter prosecuted the case before U.S. District Judge Tim Brooks.
